FAQ
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere within the UK and internationally using the Royal Mail Signed For service. All orders are tracked and signed for.
What is your returns policy?
You can be offered a refund or exchange on items that you are unhappy with, if they are unused and have not been opened. Items can be returned within 14 days of being received. If there are any issues with your order or the product is damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of the shipping. However we cannot offer free returns on items you are unsatisfied with. We recommend that you track the return if your items to ensure their safe return.
What packaging do you use?
Our candles are contained in amber glass jars and we use organic cotton bags to ship the candles in. These can be reused and are great for storing other items. We also use recyclable and biodegradable packaging to ship your items as reducing harm to the environment is extremely important to us.
What waxes do you use in your candles?
We use a mix of sustainably sourced candelilla, coconut and olive wax. These waxes produce the cleanest burn and burn more evenly than other waxes.
How can I achieve the most even burn with my candle?
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick so that roughly 5mm is visible and no more.
Stop using your candle when only 6 mm of wax remains. You can then remove the rest of the wax by melting it down and you can reuse the jar as a plant pot, pencil holder or any other creative way you can think of.
Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar each time you burn it to prevent the wax from creating an uneven pool around the wick.
Make sure you don't leave the candle in a room unattended.
